Hi I’m Maggie, and I’m 43 years young this year!


I’d like to share my very short story which I think will resonate with you…


I was never one of the ‘cool’ skinny girls in school. Unfortunately for most of my life I yo-yo’d between a size 12 and 10 no matter what I tried.

Throughout my life I’ve suffered through countless diets - where I:   
 
     • Ate food that tasted like cardboard
